Fiancee visa Germany: the supporting documents

The following supporting documents should be brought to the K-1 fiancee visa interview when being interviewed at Frankfurt, Germany.
  1. PASSPORTS: valid at least 6 months beyond the validity of the K-1 visa
  2. BIRTH CERTIFICATES: a certified copy showing the date of birth and the names of the parents.
  3. POLICE CERTIFICATES: from countries where the applicant has resided for at least six months since the age of 16.
  4. COURT AND PRISON RECORDS: certified copy
  5. MILITARY RECORDS: certified copy
  6. PHOTOGRAPHS
  7. EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: proof that the applicant will not become a public charge. 
  8. DIVORCE CERTIFICATES AND CUSTODY LETTERS FOR K-2 children: certified copy
  9. TRANSLATIONS AND CERTIFIED COPIES
  10. EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP: proof of relationship with the petitioner.
